‘90s rave podcast, R.O.A.R, to be introduced into British Library
A podcast about '90s rave, R.O.A.R, is set to be curated into the British Library Archive.
After being launched by journalist Tom Latchem and former DJ Chrissy Richards AKA Cris.E.Manic in August 2020, the team behind ROAR: The '90s Rave Podcast has shared that the podcast will be immortalised in the British Library's Sound Archive.

AZ Magazine has announced the first five recipients of its 2020 Creative Fund.
Five recipients have been chosen by AZ Mag, an award-nominated online community and platform for Queer Trans Intersex Black People & People of Colour (QTIBPOC), following a successful fundraiser in 2020. A further five recipients will be announced at a later date.
Early jungle and D&B scenes celebrated in new book, Who Say Reload
A new book exploring the history of jungle and drum & bass is set to be published by Velocity Press this March.
Penned by Paul Terzulli, 'Who Say Reload' takes in words from the likes of Goldie, Andy C, Roni Size and DJ Hype, and looks over the musicians, samples and influences that fed into early drum & bass and jungle, and beyond. Interviews with key artists are featured alongside previously unseen images from the archive of photographer Eddie Otchere.

Leon Chue, dubplate specialist and master cutting engineer, has died
Leon Chue, master cutting engineer at London’s Music House, has died.
The legendary figure in UK music production, who specialised in drum & bass and jungle dubplates, passed away in his mid-'40s.
The son of roots reggae producer Paul Chue, and brother of UK garage legend Wookie, Chue worked at London's Music House mastering studio for over 20 years, after joining the family business back in 1995.
