Splice has raised $35m in funding and has paid artists $5m in revenue since it began operating in 2013. The music creation platform and sample-sharing service allows users to collaborate, share sounds and preview individual samples one by one, purchasing them using special Credits. 

Kicking off on 14th June at Space Ibiza, Carl Craig will be joined by one of the Motor City’s brightest talents and ULTRAMAJIC label founder Jimmy Edgar, alongside huge Detroit music lover and jackin’ house DJ, Heidi.

A collaborative project between Jimmy Edgar and Machinedrum, JETS have announced their new EP 'The Chants' on Edgar's own imprint Ultramajic, set for release on 11th May.

Fans of the Ultramagic imprint can catch the whole crew at DJ Mag Sessions this Friday 3rd April, where label head Jimmy Edgar will spin alongside Machinedrum and Chambray in Egg LDN's recently refurbished main room.

On Good Friday (3^rd April), DJ Mag Sessions returns to Egg LDN with an Ultramajic showcase.

Featuring label boss Jimmy Edgar alongside labelmates Machinedrum and Chambray for a wicked night of new age electro, soulful footwork riddums and edgy New Jersey beats.

Jimmy Edgar will be the latest name to appear on the FABRICLIVE series, with his 'FABRICLIVE 79' mix set to drop on 19^th January.

Born and raised in Detroit, Jimmy Edgar draws from his hometown influences Terrence Dixon and Patrice Scott in the hour-long mix. Throughout the mix, it is clear that Edgar's Detroit roots leave an undeniable footprint on this edition of FABRICLIVE.
