“I’m sat in a studio in New York, in between tour dates of Central and South America, with a Kenneth Cole v-neck t-shirt on that has an image of a painted cassette on it, and some Penguin jeans. Both items were given to me as presents. I’ve also got some Converse boots on that don’t go quite as high as the ones you get on the high street.”
“Summer things, as it’s crazy hot here in NYC. I’ve got an All Saints t-shirt on, I love them especially cos they have a deep curve neck, I have some Zara shorts on, I like them, they are cheap and so easy to wear, fitting perfectly! I’m also wearing a Sandro cap, all black, in an American style, which is fun for a French brand. And to complete the whole thing, I’m wearing the latest Nike sneakers, Air Max 90 Premium, love them!”

I'm wearing my favorite Lacoste shoes and my pretty old blue Adidas sweatpants. This stuff is great for traveling and combined with my grey hoodie by Religion I feel very comfortable. I probably wouldn't go out like that but for touring it's awesome.

Launched last year in Birmingham, Soundboy UK is a clothing label with its heart set firmly on creating and nurturing street styles and attitudes.
“I like clean, functional pieces and on stage, I'm a fan of all black. Usually it's an all black long-sleeved Dickies cotton shirt, simple Levis all black 501s and my Jordan 3 all black flips. Off stage, I'm a bit more adventurous with colours; however, really big, bold, bright colours tend not to suit me. My big extravagance is my trainers. I have over 155 pairs, and will normally start an outfit with the footwear choice first.”
The ‘curator of goodness’ at Millionhands is one Tom Mangan, a producer in his own right who started the label when he was living in Berlin. “I’d been making records for a few years and I was restless, I had the urge to do something for my self,” he reveals.
