A London club photography project titled Let Us Dance has been launched to raise awareness of the impact COVID-19 has had on the nightlife industry, and to help raise funds for the Night Time Industries Association.

Photographers and Khroma Collective co-founders Jake Davis & Rob Jones joined together during lockdown to document over 40 of London’s most iconic nightclubs and venues, which have largely remained shuttered since March 2020 due to coronavirus.

A new book featuring photos of '80s Ibiza has been published.

Titled Ibiza ‘89, the new book captures the spirit of nightlife in the White Isle’s golden age, after Time Out's former nightlife editor, Dave Swindells, spent a week on the island.

Featuring images shot at Ku, Amnesia, Pacha, and Cafe del Mar, the photobook features over 100 photos from Ibiza during its time of peak hedonism, with some famous faces enjoying the clubs, including Culture Club frontman, Boy George. 

A new Detroit photo exhibition has opened at the Robert and Mary Ann Bury Community Gallery, celebrating 20 years of Movement Festival. 

'2000/2020: Celebrating 20 Years Of the Electronic Music Festival In Detroit' is curated by Rita Sayegh and Tim Price, and charts the history of the foremost dance event in the city that created techno. The exhibition includes professional images and fan shots of the Hart Plaza Memorial Day weekender back to the first edition in 2000. 

Beastie Boys will be the subject of a new book from Spike Jonze.

The Oscar-winning director, who has a long-standing partnership with the hip-hop outfit, will release his first photography book, Beastie Boys, later this year.

Slated for release on the 17th March, the book features hundreds of photos taken by Jonze throughout the career of the group, with Beastie Boys' Michael “Mike D” Diamond and Adam “Ad-Rock” Horovitz contributing to the project.

Berghain bouncer Sven Marquardt is to present some of his photography in an exhibition on New York's Wall Street next month.

The 13-hour event, called SCHULD, will see Marquardt's photography displayed alongside DJ sets from the likes of Marcel Fengler, Radio Slave, Blond:ish, Vatican Shadow and more. It will run at 30 Wall Street, which can be found in New York City's Financial District, and kicks off at 5pm on Friday, May 3rd.

Berghain’s beloved bouncer Sven Marquardt has debuted a new photography exhibition at Georgian techno club, Khidi.

Martin Garrix has announced an ADE pop-up store at X BANK in Amsterdam next month. 

Running from 18th to 21st October, the day before the shop opens (17th October) will see the new Garrix photography book, 'Life = Crazy', launched, which will form a focal point for the temporary retail space.
